Ordinance 2004-SO <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 2003 encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $930,871.49 <br />Street Lighting Fund $6,061.92 <br />SCM&R Fund $28,203.53 <br />Community Room Fund $1,813.54 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $47.19 <br />Infrastructure Improvement Fund $10,510.00 <br />General Bond Retirement Fund $7,983.22 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $27,311.00 <br />Upper 40 Project Fund $177,578.43 <br />S.O.M. Center Widening Project Fund $541,972.76 <br />Parkview Pool Construction Fund $10,777.93 <br />O.B.B.C. Fee Fund $763.16 <br />Performance Bond Fund $7,845.94 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $291,299.10 <br />$2,043,039.21 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2004, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the 9/11 Fire Safety House Fund the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars <br />($30,000); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($20,000.00); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00); and <br />Mayfield Village 2004 Amended Appropriation Budget <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />
