Ordinance 2004 5 0 D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Parkview Ballfield Fund the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000.00); and E. Transfer .from the General Fund to the Green Corridor Pathway Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollazs ($100,000.00); and F. From the General Fund to the S.O.M.Center Road Project Fund the sum of Five .Hundred Thousand Dollazs ($500,000.00); and G. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($725,000.00); and H. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Ten Thousand Dollazs ($10,000.00); and I. Transfer from the Anthem Conversion/Liquidation Fund to the General Fund the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the eazliest time allowed by law.
