THEitEFORE, 8E •IT RE50LVED BY THE COUNCIL, TfiAT: Section I. 7he Mayfield Educatian-Business-Cartanunity Alliance create a Financial Revieev Panel for the express purpose of examining the financlal condition of the Mayffeld City School Djstrict. Sectio". MemGership on•this panei s6tould be as follows: a. "the Chairman, appointed by the A1liance, wbo has a icnowledge of school firrance but is nat currently associated with the Ma,yfield Schvolso b. Four members, one each appointed by the four 1 ati°gest, empl oyers in the District (Progressive insurance, Meridia-Hillcrest Hospftal, Allen-8rad7ey and Picker X-Ray), who are financial analysis but who da not 1ive in the schoo1 district. c. One member appointed by the Mayfield Board of Education. da Three public members, ofle appointed by the Ma,yfield parent-teacher Coordinating Counci7, 1995 Citizens' Mayfield Comnittee for Quality Education and one by the Citizens for Responsible School 5y$tetro. sect?on 3.
