The Mayfield Edvcation-8usiness-Community Alliance create a <br />. Financial Review Panel for the express parpose of examining the <br />f9nanciai condition of the Mayfield City School District. <br />5ectia . Membership on•this panei should be as follaws: <br />a. 'the Ct?airman, appointed by the A1liance, who has a icnowledge of <br />school finance but is not currently associated with the Mayfield <br />Schools. <br />b, Fvur members, ane each appointed by the fuur 7argest emplayers in <br />the District (Progressive insurance, 14eridia-H111crest Hospital, <br />Allen-8radiey and Ricker X-Ray), who are financial analy$is 6ut <br />aho do nat live in the school district. <br />c. One member appointed by the Mayfield Soarcf af Education. <br />d. 7hree publfc members, one appointed by the Mayfield parent-teacher <br />Caordinating Councfl, 1995 C9tizens' Mayfield Committee for <br />Quality Education and one by the Citizens for Responsible School <br />System. <br />Section 3. Th3s Pane7 will be asked to examine the finances of tfte MaYfield <br />Schaols to determine what additionai furtds, if any wi71 be <br />required to sustain the current (pre-redaction) level of education <br />for a period af at teast three years_ <br />Section 4, The Panels report should be presented ta the School board, the <br />Flayors and Counct7s af each of the Municipalities withiri the <br />pi strict and made avai 7 abl e to the med9a represerttatf ves covering <br />the District. <br />5ect_f.an S.
