ORDINANCE NO. 94-12 PAGE TWO 766.02 File and Distribution of Copies A complete copy of the Federal Communication Commissions basic cable service rate regulations adopted pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 543(b) is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and is also on file in the County Law Library. The Clerk of Council shall provide copies for distribution to the public at the cost determined by Council. 766.03 Public Comment Any interested party may comment on such regulations at any public meeting called relevant to these rules for basic service rates and charges. SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized at the direction of the Mayor to inform Cablevision of the adoption of the Federal Communication Commissions basic service regulations by sending a true copy of this Ordinance by registered mail, return receipt requested to 7 Severance Circle, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4o This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set forth in the preamble hereof. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
