ORDINANCE NO. 94-20 <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 2. That Section 1181.01 of the Codified Ordinances is <br />hereby and herein amended to read as follows: <br />1181.01 HEIGHT LIMITATIONS. <br />No building or structure shall be erected to a height in <br />excess of two and one-half stories or in",excess of thirty-five <br />feet, except that in the case of a church, school, or library <br />building, it shall not be erected . to a height in excess of <br />four stories or in excess of fifty fee. 'No accessory buildinQ <br />or structure in a Class U-1 or U-2 District shall exceed 15 <br />feet in height. <br />SECTION 3. That Section 1181.07(c) of the Codified Ordinances <br />is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: <br />1181.07 YARDS. <br /> <br />(c) Rear Yards in Residential Districts. <br />* * *, <br />? No accessory buiidinq referred to in this <br />Section shall exceed 15 teet in height. <br />* * *' <br />SECTION 4. That the definitions set forth in Section 1113.10 <br />and 1145.01(e) are hereby and herein amended;,to read as follows: <br />"Height of building" means the vertical distance measure <br />at the center line of its principal?front from the <br />established grade or from the natural grade, if higher <br />than the established grade, to the level of the highest <br />point in the coping of flat roofs or to the deck line of <br />a mansard roof or to the top of the peak of a gable, hip <br />or similar type roof. : <br />SECTION 5. After this matter has been<referred to Planning <br />and Zoning, and had appropriate public: hearings with the <br />appropriate legal notices, pursuant to Article III, Section 13, the <br />Clerk of Council is directed to certify this Ordinance to the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of Elections pursuant to Article III, Section <br />14, same not being later than sixty days before the next regular, <br />general primary, or special election to conducted within the <br />Village. <br />r---. ? SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the vote of <br />, Council and signature by the Mayor or otherwise as otherwise <br />' _ provided for by law.
