Ordinance No. 94-35. <br />PAGE TWO <br />* * ?r <br />(f) Fences On Corner Lots. A fence on a corner lot shall <br />not be closer than fifteen feet from a secondary street side lot line, <br />unless the main building is less than fifteen feet from that line, <br />measured laterally. In such event, the fence may be located at the same <br />distance from the secondary side lot line as such main building. The <br />maximum height of an open fence along the secondary street side lot line <br />shall be five feet. This provision shall not prohibit an open <br />ornamental fence not nearer than one foot to the side yard at a height <br />of not more than forty-two incheso <br />SECTION 2. That all other ordinances shall remain as presently <br />drafted unless inconsistent with this amendment. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have <br />been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of <br />this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory reguirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set <br />forth in the preamble hereof.
