89 Residential Districts 1157.07 <br />1157.06 ACCESSORY USES. <br />(a) An accessory use customarily incident to a Class U-1, U-2 or U-3 use shall <br />also be permitted in, respectively, a Class U-1, U-2 or U-3 District, provided such <br />accessory use is located upon the same lot with the building or use to which it is <br />accessory. In a U-1 or U-2 District, the total area of any above ground structure, not <br />including swimming pools or bui).dinbs directly related to Lhe use or operation of <br />swimming pools, erected separately from the main use structure on any one lot shall <br />not exceed: <br />(1) 480 square feet if its use is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational <br />vehicle or other vehicle; <br />(2) 675 square feet if its use is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational <br />vehicle or other vehicle but also includes a tool shed or other storage area; <br />(3) 192 square feet if its use is as a tool shed or other storage building; <br />(4) No accessory use referred to herein shall exceed 15 feet in height. <br />(Ord. 94-20. Passed 6-20-94.) <br />(b) In any Class U-3 apartment development, at least one and one-half automobile <br />storage spaces shall be provided accessory to each apartment suite, plus at least one-half <br />space for each bedroom by which any suite exceeds one bedroom in size; at least one <br />of the required automobile storage spaces for each apartment suite shall be in an enclosed <br />building. Passed 9-18-86a ) <br />1157.07 PARKING REGULATIONS. <br />No person shall keep, park, store or a11ow to be kept, parked or stored any motor <br />vehicle9 truck, tractor, semitrailer or trailer in a U-1, U-2, U-3, U-3AA Use District, <br />except passenger automobiles or motorcycles not used for commercial, business or <br />manufacturing purposes. This section shall not, however, prohibit the following uses <br />in such use districts: <br />(a) Trucks making bona fide deliveries to or pickups from the premises where <br />they axe parked, but only for so long a time as is reasonably necessary to <br />make such deliveries or pickups; <br />(b) Vehicles necessarily used in connection with the legal construction, altering, <br />repairing, removal or demolition of buildings, appurtenances and roads for <br />such time as is reasonably necessary to perform such work; <br />(c) Farm vehicles, either bearing current farm license plates issued by the State <br />of Olzio or used exclusively for proper agricultural purposes upon the premises; <br />(d) Vehicles used by or on behalf of the Municipality or any other governmental <br />body; <br />(e) In Class U-3 and U-3AA. Districts, vehicles necessarily and customarily <br />incident to the operation of any apaxtment house, hotel or motel situated <br />on the premises. <br />1994 Replacement
