Section 13.2. All F.O.P. notices of any kind posted on the bulletin board <br />shall be signed, dated, posted or removed by a F.O.P. official. <br />Section 13.3. F.O.P. notices related to the following matters may be <br />posted without the necessity of receiving the Employer's prior approval: <br />A. F.O.P. recreational and social affairs; <br />B. notice of F.O.P. meetings; <br />C. F.O.P. appointments; <br />D. notice of F.O.P. elections; <br />E. results of F.O.P. elections; <br />F. reports of non-political standing and independent non-political <br />standing committees and independent non-political arms of the <br />F.O.P.; and <br />G. Non-political publications, rulings or policies of the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.4. Upon the request of the Employer's designee, the F.O.P. <br />shall cause the immediate removal of any material posted in violation of <br />this Article. <br />ARTICLB 14 <br />WORK RULES <br />Section 14.1. The F.O.P. recognizes that the Employer has the right to <br />promulgate work rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, to regulate <br />the personal conduct of employees, and the conduct of the Employer's <br />services and programs. This function shall be exercised in a-manner <br />consistent with the terms of this Agreement subject to the rights of the <br />employees and/or F.O.P. to process grievances as provided for by this <br />Agreement. <br />Section 14.2. Whenever feasible, as determined by the Employer, at least <br />forty-eight(48) hours advance written notification will be given of the <br />implementation of any new or revised work rule, regulation, policy or <br />procedure which affects members of the bargaining unit. The Employer shall <br />post a Copy Of the 172W revised work rule, etC., and,will forward a copy to <br />the representative of the F.O.P. <br />ARTICLB 15 <br />JURY SSRVICS <br />Section 15.1. Employees summoned for jury service shall be fully paid at <br />their regular rates of compensation when required to serve as jurors. All <br />fees paid to such full-time employees for jury service shall be remitted to <br />the Director of Finance. At no time shall overtime be paid as a result of <br />jury service. <br />8
