ARTICLB 32 BAC DATA MASTSR PROFICISNCY ALLOWANCE Section 32.1. Annually, and in accordance with standards set forth by the State of Ohio, Department of Health, in the OYiio Revised Code #3701.143, all bargaining unit members who achieve said certification shall be entitled to a payment of $500.00. Section 32.2. Annually, upon presentation of evidence of satisfactorily completion of said certification, the Chief of Police shall forward a letter to the Finance Director authorizing payment to members of the bargaining unit. Such eum shall be paid to the employee in a lump sum separate check as soon as may be practical. ARTICLB 33 IN-SSRVICB TRAINI111G ALLOWANCB Section 33.1. Annually and in accordance with standards set forth by the Chief of Police (or the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council), all bargaining unit members shall be required to complete a minimum number of hours of in-service training as mandated by the Chief of Police (or the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council). Section 33.2. Annually, upon certification by the Chief of Police of the completion of the required in-service training atandards, each member of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to a payment of $500.00. Such aum shall be paid in a lump sum separate check as soon thereafter as may be practical. ARTICLB 34 FIRIS'ARMS PROFICISNCY ALLOWANCE Section 34.1. Annually and in accordance with standards set forth by the Chief of Police end the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council, all bargaining unit members shaii be required to satisfactorily complete a firearms re- qualifications progrsm demonstrating proficiency with departmentally-isaued (or approved) firearms. Section 34.2. Annually, upon certification by the completion of the required firearms re-qualification of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to payment ehall be paid in a lump aum aeparate check as soon practical.
