Hill, op.cit. <br />Mayfield Village's percent of all developed land allocated <br />to residential uses is markedly lower than typically found in <br />other similar communities. On the other hand, its allocations <br />of industrial, community facilities and rights-of-way are <br />higher. The Village's combined business and industrial <br />allocation implies a strong economic base; and its much higher <br />percent of community facility land represents an important <br />advantage in meeting future needs. <br />Over twice as much land per 100 residents is now used in <br />Mayfield Village as in other similar communities.
