e <br />r <br />I. Use: Licensor hereby grants to Licensees permission to occupy and <br />use, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, the portion of <br />the room outlined in red on the attached Exhibit A labeled "Premises" <br />("Premises"), which room is commonly known as the Upper Expansion Tank Room <br />located below the Elevator Penthouse on the roof 'of the Building, solely for <br />the purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the SPAN radio <br />communications equipment and system and for no other purpose whatsoever. <br />in addition, Licensor grants to Licensees permission to erect, main- <br />tain, and operate, as part of the SPAN radio communications system, a <br />triangular-faced (eighteen [18) -inches across) radio antenna tower (the <br />"Tower") on the roof of the Building at a location to be designated and <br />approved by Licensor. The height of the Tower may not exceed forty (40) feet. <br />2. Communications Equipment: Licensees' equipment shall include the <br />aforesaid Tower, equipped with six (6) antennas, and additional radio <br />communications equipment consisting of VHF repeaters, low-band base stations, <br />VHF base stations, link receivers, voting comparators, RF and test equipment <br />(all contained within six [6) steel cabinets), together with cables and <br />radio-telephone Iines, all to be installed in accordance with good and <br />accepted engineering practices and all properly grounded. <br />For the purposes of this Agreement, all of Licensees' equipment, <br />cabinets, panels, cables, wires, antennas and accessories shall hereinafter <br />collectively be referred to as "Communications Equipment" or'"Communications <br />Center". No Communications Equipment shall be installed without the prior <br />approval of Licensor in writing of plans, specifications and drawings <br />(hereinafter "Plans") showing in detail the proposed installations. Licensees <br />shall submit the Plans to Licensor upon execution of this Agreement for <br />Licensor's review and approval, and Licensor shall have the right to obtain <br />[2] <br />
