ORDINANCE NO. 92- PAGE TWO SECTION 4. After this Ordinance has been referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for report and recommendation per Article III, Sections 12 and 13, of the Mayfield Village Charter, and after a public hearing has been held after the second successive reading of the within Ordinance, and a public hearing held thirty days subsequent to the second reading, after being duly advertised pursuant to Article III, Section 13, of the Charter, the Clerk of Council shall certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Board of Elections for Cuyahoga County for placement on the ballot at the election to be held on February 2, 1993, for approval by a majority of the electors within the Village of Mayfield, pursuant to Article III, Section 14 of the Mayfield Village Charter. SECTION 5. That the Board of Elections for Cuyahoga County shall place the following question on the February 2 , 1993 , special election ballot: SHALL A NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, KNOWN AS U-4, BE CREATED? Yes No SECTION 6. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict herewith. SECTION 7. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 8. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption by Council, signature by the Mayor, and approval of the voters pursuant to the Charter requirements of the Village of Mayfield.
