Such uses .include a diversity of offices, commercial <br />services and light industrial firms. Except for Georgian Center <br />on SOM Center Road, all such existing development is located on <br />_ Beta Drive. Land coverage is about the same as for business <br />uses (15.0%); and ADT generated by industrial uses is 5,500 <br />vehicles, or 7.0 trips per 1,000 square feet of floor area. <br />Public uses in the South Area include the Village Hall site <br />- at Wilson Mills/SOM Center; Mayfield's service center, <br />playground and pump station, ODOT service facility, Center <br />Elementary School and Mayfield School District's administrative <br />offices on SOM Center; Highland Baptist Church on Highland Road; <br />CEI's service center on Beta Drive and substation at Wilson <br />" ~ Mills/I-271; and 15.5 acres of street rights-of-way. In total, <br />these uses encompass 52 acres, or 20.0 of all development. <br />Only 55 acres, or 19.40 of the entire South Area, are vacant <br />today. <br />6 <br />
