, <br />'. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-13 <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 2. That the question to be presented by the Board of <br />Elections on the May 5, 1992, election ballot, in the Village of <br />Mayfield, shall be as follows: <br />SHALL THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE <br />COMBINED POSITION OF MAYOR, 5AFETY DIRECTOR AND VILLAGE <br />ADMINISTRATOR, SO AS NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($42,000.00) PER ANNUM, BE ADOPTED? <br />YES <br />NO <br />SECTION 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby and herein <br />directed to certify a copy of this Resolution to the Board of <br />Elections not later than sixty (60) days prior to the May 5, 1992, <br />primary election. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 5. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that such plan was necessary to encourage orderly <br />development in Mayfield Village.
