(Municipal Corporations) <br />S.A.F.E. INVESTMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of <br /> <br />1992, is made by and between the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio (the <br />County) pursuant to Resolution No. adopted by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of the County on <br />1992, and the <br />pursuant to Ordinance/Resolution No. <br />circumstances: <br />(the Municipality), <br />adopted by the <br />of the Municipality on <br />, 1992, is made under the following <br />A. The County and the Municipality each are authorized <br />by Section 307.15 of the Ohio Revised Code to enter into this <br />Agreement by which the County, acting by and through the County <br />Treasurer, will, in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />hereof, exercise certain powers and perform certain functions <br />relating to the investment of public moneys on behalf of the <br />Municipality. <br /> <br />B. The Municipality has and will have during the term of <br />this Agreement public moneys of the Municipality available for <br />investment until such time as they are required to be spent, and <br />the Municipality wishes to provide for the investment of those <br />moneys at the most advantageous rates of return that can be <br />accomplished consistent with safety of the principal and all legal <br />requirements and restrictions. <br />C.
