adopted by the County Investment Advisory Committee established by <br />the County pursuant to Section 135.341 of the Revised Code, manages <br />the County's Secured Assets Fund Earnings Program (the S.A.F.E. <br />Program) for the investment of public moneys of the County and <br />makes available to other political subdivisions and public bodies <br />the investment management services of the S.A.F.E. Program for the <br />investment of public moneys of those other political subdivisions <br />and public bodies. <br />D. The Municipality wishes to avail itself of the <br />services of the S.A.F.E. Program, and the County and the County <br />Treasurer are willing to provide such services in accordance with <br />the terms and provisions of this Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Municipality agree as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Definitions. <br />In addition to the foregoing defined terms, the following <br />terms as used in this Agreement shall have the meanings indicated: <br />"Authorized Officers" means the <br />and the <br />of the Municipality. <br />"Eligible Investments" means those investments of public <br />funds authorized by Section 135.35 of"the Ohio Revised Code <br />provided that the maturity of any investments of public money of <br />the Public Body that are subject to Section 135.14 of the Revised <br />Code shall not exceed the limits required by that Section, or, as <br />-2-
