Additional services will be pxovided on a"time plus expenses" basis at the firm's curYent <br />hourly tates: David B. Haxtt, $165.00/hour; Staff Planners, $72.50 -$115.00/houx. <br />Supporting pxofessional staff would only be utilized, under my dixection, to conduct <br />xesearch and/or prepaYe any exhibits that may be appropYiate. In addition, the firm will be <br />reimbuxsed foY direct out-of-pocket expenses such as mileage, postage, printing and <br />xeproduction, etc. These additional services would not be undertaken without the expxess <br />authorization from the Village. Examples of these services axe: drafting formal zoning <br />amendments, design guidelines, or development principles; formulating revised, and detailed, <br />land use policies and facilitating community consensus; conducting detailed review of <br />project proposals, beyond the consultation at the requisite meetings in #1. <br />If this proposal is acceptable to the Village, please indicate youx appxoval with a counter-signatute <br />below and retuxn a copy of the signed agreement for out files.
