RESOLUTION NO.2006-15 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village <br />for the reason that it deals with providing the preservation of green space and rehabilitation of a <br />riparian corridor.
