All three firms have the ability to
provide photoinetric inodeling that will allow the village to set the lighting pattern to our
satisfaction. (Not the lighting pattern used on North Commons.)
The bid proposals were based using the lighting package used at the new State Rt. 615
interchange in Mentor. This includes dual light poles in the median areas and single lights
on tree lawns in the areas with no medians.
Bids:
CT Consultants $33.000.00 nlus $55.00 an hour for construction
observation.
Art & Science $37,000 no construction observation
Burgess & Niple $52,000 plus $95.00 an hour for proiect manaaer and $60.00 -
$75.00 for construction observation.
CT Consulta, nts has the lowest bid that covers the complete project, from design through
final construction. CT Consultants were the project engineers for the lighting project on
Sta.te Rt. 615. I have work with CT for many years during my time in the City of
Willawick and I'm confident they will provide IVlayfield Village with an outstanding
product.
? I
i,w 1
;
