Center Road <br />Proposal for Lighting Plans <br />Dear Mr. Metzung: <br />We are pleased to submit for your consideration our Price Proposal for preparing the Lighting Plans and <br />Construction Services for the subject project. CT Consultants will prepare plans and specifications for the installation of street lighting along.State <br />Route 91 from Wilson Mills Road to White Road. The design plans will specify the interval of proposed <br />light placement per current design standards and roadway configuration. Our office will coordinate with <br />the Village regarding the style of light pole and fixture for this subj ect. As per your November 7, 2005 <br />letter to our office, the lights utilized for the State Route 615 project in the City of Mentor will be the <br />preferred style considereii for this project. Our design fee is based on tlie existing AutoCAD files for the CUY-91-13.29 project being provided to <br />our office by Mayfield Village. These AutoCA.D files will be used as the base drawing for this project. <br />As part of this project, our office will prepare plans, details; project specifications, quantities and an <br />Opinion of Probable Construction Cost Summary for the Village. CT Consultants will also provide <br />assistance to tlie Village in bidding this project. <br />CT will pro.vide assistance during Bidding and Construction Administration Services. These services will <br />include tabulating bids, making a recominendation of award, review of shop drawings, processing change <br />orders and pay requests and coordination with the Contractor. CT vvill p:ovide construction obse:vation <br />services.
