MEMO1tANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />This Agreement supplements the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Mayfield Village ("Village") <br />ind the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 57 ("F.O.P.") effective January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2008 and <br />is the complete and final agreement on the subject covered without reference to any other agreement. <br />1. No other term or condition of the Collective Bargaining Agreement applies to this Memorandum of <br />Agreement. <br />r 2. Effective January 1, 2007, the annual salary for a Sergeant Class A will be 11% greater than the annual <br />I salary of a Patrolman Class A. <br />3. Effective January 1, 2007, the annual salary for a Lieutenant Class A will be 11% greater than the annual <br />salary of a Sergeant Class A. <br />4. Effective January 1, 2009, the annual salary for a Sergeant Class A will be 11.5% greater than the annual <br />salary of a Patrolman Class A. <br />5. Effective January 1, 2009, the annual salary for a Lieutenant Class A will be 11.5% greater than the annual <br />salary of a Sergeant Class A. <br />6. This Memorandum of Agreement shall be effective and remain in force and effect from the adoption of the <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement until the commencement of the last collective bargaining agreement <br />succeeding to a collective bargaining agreement between the Village and other union representing a unit of <br />safety forces expiring in 2005. <br />7. This Memorandum of Understanding will expire on December 31, 2010 and shall be deemed null and void <br />as of that date.
