All newly hired probationary employees shall receive, at the Employer's expense, a11 items as listed on the schedule on file with the Fire Chief and previously approved by the Mayor/Safety Director and Council. There shall not be additional uniform allowance during the first year of employment for newly hired employees. These items shall be paid by the Finance Department upon submittal of receipts signed and approved by the Fire Chief.
