<br />3. Licensee shall have the right, at its sole risk and expense, to use the Trail under <br />such terms and conditions as it deems necessary and to allow the public to use the Trail for an <br />all purpose, non-vehicular hike and bike trail and related purposes and shal] provide al] <br />facilities, safeguards and equipment necessary or desirable for such purpose. <br />4. Licensee will emp]oy and provide, at its sole expense, the supervision, <br />attendants and other personnel as inay be necessary to police, operate and inaintain the Trail <br />for such purpose. <br />5. Licensee agrees that no signs, billboards, or advertising matter, other than signs <br />m connection witli use of the Trail for hike and bike trail purposes as herein pern7itted, shall be <br />erected or caused to be placed or erected on any part of the Preinises. <br />6. Licensee will employ such reasonable measures and take such reasonable action <br />as may be necessary to deter any member of the public using said Trail, to enter on or into <br />Licensor's adjacent or adjoining Premises_ The Licensee may take such action including, but <br />not limited to, arrest and prosecution of such a trespasser. <br />7. Licensee shall not make or begin construction of any improvements, <br />alternations, or modifications to the Trail prior to submitting detailed site plans for its facilities <br />and receiving written approval of Licensor prior to the start of work and shall not commit or <br />suffer waste to be committed upon the Trail or surrounding Premises. Licensee shall, at its <br />sole cost, keep, patrol and maintain the Trail and surrounding Premises in a good,. neat, safe, <br />clean, and sightly condition, including mowing of the Trail and surrounding Premises, in a <br />condition reasonably satisfactory to Licensor, reasonably free of all debris, and litter. Licensee <br />shall, at its own cost, comply with all present and future Federal, State, and Local statutes, <br />2
