Ordinance 96 IS CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE ACCOiJNT FiJND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' Retainage Account Fund the sum of $23,387.44 Total Budget $11,052,555.05 Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1995, Encumbrances were as follows: General Fund $377,578.18 SCM&R Fund $230.00 Community Room Fund $3,380.31 Recrearion Fund $1,075.00 Street Lighting Fund $6,050.00 OBBC Permit Fee Fund $148.03 Performance Bond Fund $4,410.00 Capital Improvement Fund $1,350.72 Municipal Complex Center Fund $1,570,171.41 North County Line Trunk Sewer Project Fund $82,000.00 Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $300.00 Contractors' Retainage Account $5,040.70 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendaz year 1996, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); and C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Municipal Center Complex Fund the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00); and Page 4 of 5
