Ordinance 96-1 S <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($100,000); and <br />E. 'I'ransfer from the General F'und to the Capital Improvement Fund the sum of Two Hundred <br />T'housand Dollars ($200,000); and <br />F. Transfer from the Recreation Fund to the Scholarship Fund the sum of One Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000); and <br />G. Return to the General Fund from the North County Line Trunk Sewer an eazlier advance of <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00); and <br />H. iteturn to the General Fund from the Recreation Fund an earlier advance of Four Thousand <br />Dollars ($4,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that a11 formal actions of this Council relating to <br />the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with a11 statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the health, sa£ety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental <br />services.
