PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of <br />October, 1997, between James and Greg®ry Lambright, herein called "Sellers", <br />and The Village of Mayfield, herein called "Purchaser" or "Buyer". <br />1. Seller agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser agrees to <br />purchase of Seller the following described real estate, with the appurtenances, <br />located in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio: <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-05-005 <br />The terms and conditions of this contract are as follows: The <br />purchase price is (87,000.00) Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($). <br />3. Purchaser shall be entitled to take possession of said premises <br />on or before January 1, 1998. <br />4. Sellers shall pay all delinquent taxes, including penalties and <br />interest, and all other real estate taxes which are a lien on the closing date, <br />prorated to that date and computed, if undetermined, on the basis of the last <br />certified tax rate and valuation. Sellers shall also pay all assessments which are a <br />lien on the date this Agreement is signed by the Seller, the Village of Mayfield will <br />assume all of the new sewer assessments which are anticipated for the subject <br />property.
