155.06 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 50 <br />(d) All paper, cups and other trash shall be placed in the trash containers located <br />inside the Building. All other cleaning, including floor sweeping and table washing, <br />is included in a nonrefundable cleaning fee. <br />(e) Prior to leaving the Building, the permit holder shall turn out all lights, lower <br />the thermostat to 60° and secure the building by locking the door and deadbolt. <br />(f) The permit holder should check carefully to make sure that the Building is in the <br />same condition as it was prior to use. The Building shall be checked by a municipal <br />official or employee every morning after a schedule event. <br />(g) Any group or individual using the kitchen is responsible for cleaning up dishes <br />and cooking utensils, bagging garbage and clearing tables. The sink, refrigerator and <br />range shall be left clean. (Ord. 84-45. Passed 2-18-85. ) <br />155.06 FEE SCHEDULE. <br />(a) The following groups and individuals are eligible to use the Community Room <br />Building without charge: Council, City officials, homeowner's association, boards, <br />commissions, all Council committees and commissions and any other group or individual <br />designated by the Mayor. .While no fee is charged for use of the building, each individual <br />or group shall nevertheless remain liable for any damage to the building in accordance <br />with the rules and regulations set forth hereinabove. <br />(b) Senior citizens groups and youth groups are eligible to use the Community <br />Room Building without charge. However, a refundable damage deposit in the amount <br />of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be required. <br />(c) Private or commercial rental for residents of the Municipality is available. <br />Charge for use of the Community Room Building shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00). <br />Additionally, a refundable damage deposit in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) <br />shall be required. The deposit shall be refunded only if the kitchen and community <br />room are left clean, all tables are cleared and the building is in the condition it was <br />when rented. <br />(d) Private or commercial rental for individuals or groups who are sponsored by <br />a resident is available subject to the schedule requirements set forth hereinabove. <br />Charge for use of the Community Room shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars <br />($125.00) with an additional refundable damage deposit in the amount of one hundred <br />twenty-five dollars ($125.00). The deposit for use of the kitchen shall be refunded <br />only if the kitchen and Community Room Building are left clean, the tables are cleared <br />and the building is found in the condition at the time it was when rented. <br />(Ord. 89-17.
