M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 90-17 <br />Page -2- <br />seriously infringe on the available parking at such premises; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has further represented that there will not be <br />more than three. (3) doctors at the medical offices located at 6681 Wilson <br />Mills Road; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to avoid unreasonable hardship, the Mayor and Council <br />is willing to grant such variance to the developer for a period of two (2) <br />years, to be renewed at the option of Council after reviewing a parking and <br />traffic study conducted by the Mayfield Village Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is desirous to grant a parking variance of sixteen (16) <br />spaces for the property known as "Village Plaza," subject to the satisfaction <br />of conditions stated by the Law Director to the developer in a letter dated <br />March 30, 1990, attached hereto and incorporated herein; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Council hereby grants a parking variance of sixteen (16) <br />additional spaces for the property known as "Village Plaza," located at <br />6681 Wilson Mills Road, subject to the conditions stated by the Law Director <br />to the Musca Investment Company in a letter dated March 30, 1990, attached <br />hereto and incorporated. herein. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the health.., safety and welfare <br />of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that. such develop- <br />ment would enhance the Village's tax basis to provide improved services to its <br />residents.
