M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 90-17 Page -2- seriously infringe on the available parking at such premises; and WHEREAS, the developer has further represented that there will not be more than three. (3) doctors at the medical offices located at 6681 Wilson Mills Road; and WHEREAS, in order to avoid unreasonable hardship, the Mayor and Council is willing to grant such variance to the developer for a period of two (2) years, to be renewed at the option of Council after reviewing a parking and traffic study conducted by the Mayfield Village Police Department; and WHEREAS, Council is desirous to grant a parking variance of sixteen (16) spaces for the property known as "Village Plaza," subject to the satisfaction of conditions stated by the Law Director to the developer in a letter dated March 30, 1990, attached hereto and incorporated herein; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Council hereby grants a parking variance of sixteen (16) additional spaces for the property known as "Village Plaza," located at 6681 Wilson Mills Road, subject to the conditions stated by the Law Director to the Musca Investment Company in a letter dated March 30, 1990, attached hereto and incorporated. herein. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health.., safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that. such develop- ment would enhance the Village's tax basis to provide improved services to its residents.
