ORDINANCE N0. 90-20 <br />Page -3- <br />903.99 Penalty. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall e fined not <br />more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each and every violation. <br />Each day during or on which a violation continues shall consti to a separate <br />offense. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance ve been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations o this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took lace in meetings open <br />to the public,. in compliance with all statutory requ' ements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised ode. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby decla ed to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety a d welfare of the residents of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that s ch legislation is mandatory to <br />provide safe sidewalks throughout the Munic' ality.
