of Mayfield or the State, the owner or person responsible for the development area shall be responsible for developing an erosion and sediment control plan. (1) The erosion and. sediment control plan shall identify potential erosion and sediment pollution problems and describe the measures to be taken to control those problems. (2) Provisions of the erosion and sediment control. plan must satisfy all applicable requirements of these rules. (3) The erosion and sediment control plan. must be submitted to and be approved by the Village of Mayfield Engineering Department prior to any earth disturbing activity of the development area. (4) The following information shall be included on the erosion. and sediment control plan.: (a) A general project description including the nature and purpose of the earth disturbing activity; (b) A vicinity sketch locating the development area and all pertinent surrounding features, including waters of the State; (c) Hydrologic and. hydraulic study as def ined in Exhibit 1. (d) An analysis of any impacted sensitive areas; (e) The existing and proposed topography; (f) Drainage area map as defined in Exhibit 1. (g) The limits of earth disturbing activity; (h) The types of soils within or affected by the development area and the location of all highly erodible or unstable soils; (i) Erosion and sediment. control practices to be employed on the development area; (1) Their location and; (2) Where applicable, their size, detail drawings, maintenance requirements, and design calculations; (j) Storm water provisions,. including: (a) A general description of the storm water management strategy;
