of Mayfield or the State, the owner or person responsible for the <br />development area shall be responsible for developing an erosion and <br />sediment control plan. <br />(1) The erosion and. sediment control plan shall identify potential <br />erosion and sediment pollution problems and describe the <br />measures to be taken to control those problems. <br />(2) Provisions of the erosion and sediment control. plan must <br />satisfy all applicable requirements of these rules. <br />(3) The erosion and sediment control plan. must be submitted to and <br />be approved by the Village of Mayfield Engineering Department <br />prior to any earth disturbing activity of the development <br />area. <br />(4) The following information shall be included on the erosion. and <br />sediment control plan.: <br />(a) A general project description including the nature and <br />purpose of the earth disturbing activity; <br />(b) A vicinity sketch locating the development area and all <br />pertinent surrounding features, including waters of the <br />State; <br />(c) Hydrologic and. hydraulic study as def ined in Exhibit 1. <br />(d) An analysis of any impacted sensitive areas; <br />(e) The existing and proposed topography; <br />(f) Drainage area map as defined in Exhibit 1. <br />(g) The limits of earth disturbing activity; <br />(h) The types of soils within or affected by the development <br />area and the location of all highly erodible or unstable <br />soils; <br />(i) Erosion and sediment. control practices to be employed on <br />the development area; <br />(1) Their location and; <br />(2) Where applicable, their size, detail drawings, <br />maintenance requirements, and design <br />calculations; <br />(j) Storm water provisions,. including: <br />(a) A general description of the storm water management <br />strategy; <br />
