<br />AN ORDINANCE
<br />AMENDING SECTION 509.08 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES
<br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, REGARDING CURFEW OF MINORS
<br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT:
<br />SECTION 1. Section 509.08 of the Codified~•Ordinances of Mayfield Vil-
<br />lage, Ohio is hereby amended so that new Section 509.08 shall read as follows:

<br />509..08 MINOR'S CURFEW.
<br />(a) No child rrn~~-:~l~~h~-age.-~.f- :.~w.el~ze_ye.~~ AGE TWELVE OR
<br />UNDER shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or be
<br />present in or upon the public streets, sidewalks,
<br />highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other
<br />public grounds, public places and public buildings,
<br />places of amusement, recreation and entertainment,
<br />vacant lots, business establishments (whether open for
<br />business or not), or other unsupervised places in the
<br />Municipality from the hours of sunset to sunrise.
<br />(b) No child thirteen, fourteen, or fifteen years of age er
<br />~"~ ~~de~ shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or be
<br />present in or upon the public streets, sidewalks,
<br />highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other
<br />public grounds, public places and public buildings,
<br />places of amusement, recreation and entertainment,
<br />vacant lots, business establishments (whether open for
<br />business or not), or other unsupervised places in the
<br />Municipality between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. local
<br />time.
<br />(c) No child sixteen or seventeen years of age,•o~;u~dex
<br />shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or be present
<br />in or upon the public streets, sidewalks, highways,
<br />roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public
<br />grounds, public places and public buildings, places of
