M.V. ORDINANCE NO 90-34 <br />Page -2- <br />amusement, recreation and entertainment, vacant lots, <br />business establishments (whether open for business <br />or not), or other supervised places in the Municipality <br />between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. local time. <br />(d) The provisions of this section shall not apply to a <br />minor accompanied by a parent, guardian, responsible <br />person or a member of his family eighteen years of age <br />or older. <br />(e) No parent or guardian of any child, whom by virtue of his <br />or her age is subject to the provisions of this sec- <br />tion, shall allow such child to violate any provisions <br />of this section. <br />(f) Any parent, guardian or person charged, factitiously, <br />with a parent's rights, duties and responsibilities who <br />violates this section shall be guilty of a minor <br />misdemeanor. <br />(g) Any juvenile who violates any provision of this section <br />shall be adjudged an unruly child, with such disposi- <br />tion of the case as may be appropriate under Ohio R.C. <br />Chapter 2151. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised. Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that it is necessary for purposes of <br />enforcing the curfew. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the <br />passage by the affirmative vote of not less than <br />
