WHHRHAS, tho Village has identified the need for and proposes the improvement of a portion of the public highway which is described es follows: Repair and resurface that portion of S.O.M. Center Road (SR 91) from approximately 0.52 miles north of the South Corporation Line to the Cuyahoga/Lake County Line in the Village of Mayfield, a distance of 2.02 miles more or lase. said portion of highway within the municipal corporation limits being hereinafter referred to ae the improvement, and WHEREAS, the Village further desires cooperation from the Director of TreneporLetion in the planning, deelgn and construction of said improvement. NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of_j+j~fleld ___ Ohio:' --------------•----' SBCTION I (Cooperation) That said Vtllege hereby requests the cooperation of the Director of Trenaportetion, !n Lhe coat of the above described improvement ea follows: The Village agrees to contribute a lump aTml amount for its share of the coat and expense of the improvement, said lump sum being determined by the amount of 7-1/2$ funds, received as set forth in Section 5735.28 of the Ohio Revised Code, available for use at the time the pro~eot is ready for contract letting.
