4, At any given time throughout the term of this Agreement, the Unit maybe housed at any one of the Participating Municipalities facilities. 5, The air cascade system. which is necessary to develop the Mobile~Air Unit should be purchased from "0" Ring and Associates in the amount of Eighteen Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Five Dollars ($18,195.00,) with each Community contributing an equal share of said amount i.e..Three Thousand Thirty Two Dollars and Fifty Dollars ($3,032.50). The aforesaid sum will be contributed from each Community and payable as necessary pursuant to future instructions~to be delivered to each Municipality, 6. Said Mobile Air Unit and the Highland Heights High Pressure System shall be maintained in good and acceptable working condition at all times and eac h participating Municipality shall share equally in th`e cost, expense, and responsibility for maintaining them in good and »c~eptable working condition at .all times. Each Participatinq.Municipality agrees tv contribute an annual maintenance deposit of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) which will be due and, payable in January of .each year sv long as~this Agreement remains: in full force and effect. It,.is understood by the parties ,that the aforesaid annual maintenance fee contribution is not intended to be a limitation upon the amount of contribution-that may be necessary from each community to maintain the Unit but is only intended to be an annual deposit toward the actual cost, expense, and responsibility for maintaining the Mobile Air-Unit and the Highland Heights High Pressure Air System in good. and acceptable working condition at all times. 7. This Agreement is intended to operate separate and apart from any Mutual Aid Agreements in existence or entered into by and between-any of the parties, and shall supersede any such Agreements with respect to 3
