., <br />.,;• <br />the pperation of the Mobile Air Unit. .However, <br />provisions that may be contained in such Mutual Aid <br />Agreements with zegard to insurance, Workmans' <br />Compensation, and any other protection provisions with <br />regard to the employees of the various Municipalities <br />shall be applicab~e:to this Agreement.' <br />8. Any party hereto may discontinue its rights, <br />obligation and duties under this Agreement by providing <br />all other patties One Hundred and Eighty (180) days <br />advanced written notice of their intention to do so. <br />Upon any such cancellation hereof,.and withdrawal from <br />the terms., conditions, rights, obligations and duties <br />of this Agreement, said withdrawing Municipality shall <br />forfeit any and all rights to said Mobile Air Unit. <br />including, but not limited T0;' the future use of said <br />Unit or any rights to the equity value of said Unit. <br />9. Should all parties to this Agreement unanimously <br />agree to terminate this Agreement, the Unit shall be <br />physically. disassembled and the various parts of said <br />Unit shall be returned to the party who originally <br />donated such parts to this project, and. the air.'cascade <br />unit itself shall be sold to the highest and best <br />bidder after proper and necessary advertisement: In <br />the alternative, the Unit maybe sold in its entirety, <br />and without disassemble to the highest and best bidder <br />and. the proceeds divided equally by the parties if all <br />parties agree to this alternative. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand <br />this day of , 1990. <br />City of Lyndhurst, Ohio <br />GcCC /~ <br />Yr Mayor Leonard M.
