CEMAC MOBILE ONE <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of ._ , 195, by and between the VILLAGE <br />of MAYFIELD ("CMEIMS Community"), the Cuyahoga Emergency Management Advisory Board ("CEM <br />Board") and the Board of County Commissioners, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio ("County") in connection with <br />the CEMAC Mobile One, a mobile command and communications post. <br />WITNESSETH THAT: <br />WHEREAS, CEMAC Mobile One is a motor vehicle equipped to serve as a command and communications <br />post at the scene of an emergency incident, and <br />WHEREAS, the County obtained the CEMAC Mobile One for the expressed purpose of making it available <br />to communities in the County of Cuyahoga for training and for use at the scene of emergency incidents; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County, with the advice of the CEM Board, has established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code <br />Section 5915.071 the Cuyahoga Major Emergency Incident Management System ("CMEIMS"), an <br />emergency management program for the preparation for, response to and recovery from aman-made, <br />natural or technological emergency incident; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 307.15 the CMEIMS Community entered into an <br />agreement ("CMEIMS Agreement") which is incorporated herein by reference, with the County and CEM <br />Board for participation in the CMEIMS; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforementioned CMEIMS Agreement the CEMAC Mobile One would be <br />available to the CMEIMS Community for its use at the scene of an emergency incident if a Major (Level <br />3) Emergency Incident, as defined in Article I, is declared; and <br />WHEREAS, the CMEIMS Community has determined that it would be in the interest of the health and <br />welfare of its citizens if the CEMAC Mobile One would be available for the CMEIMS Community in the <br />event of Local (Level 1) Emergency Incident or a Serious (Level 2) Incident as defined in Article 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and the CEM Board have determined that the availability of the CEMAC Mobile <br />One for use by the CMEIMS Community in the event of a Local (Level 1) or Serious (Level 2) Emergency <br />Incident is in the interest of improved emergency management in the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CMEIMS Community, the CEM Board and the County hereto agrees as follows: <br />
