M.V. RESOLUTION NO. 91- 41 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2. Council hereby confirms the permit and <br />approval recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission of <br />Mayfield Village on May 6, 1991 to Man's Hair, to operate a <br />haircutting business as a Special U-6 Use Permit upon the <br />premises, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. <br />SECTION 3. The Special Use Permit granted herein is <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />A. Such premises shall be inspected on an annual basis by <br />the Building and Fire Inspectors. <br />B. The permit granted herein shall be effective only as <br />long as Sandy Mancini remains as the owner of such business <br />C. That there will be no retail sales on such premises <br />during the period of such permit. <br />D. The business know as Man°s Hair will only occupy 800 <br />square feet of space on such premises. <br />F. The permittee shall only erect signs on the premises <br />subject to the approval of the Building Inspector and the <br />Architectural Review Board. <br />G. There will not be more than two (2) employees on the <br />premises during any one time. <br />H. This permit may be revoked for any period of time or <br />revoked by the Planning and Zoning Commission upon ten (10) days <br />written notice and hearing for any one or more of the following <br />reasons: <br />(1) Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances <br />applicable to the business and operation of the <br />center; <br />(2) Failure to pay any taxes due to Mayfield Village <br />in connection with the business of the Permittee. <br />(3) Operation of the business authorized by this <br />Permit in a manner determined by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to be detrimental to the <br />health,safety, morals or welfare of the residents <br />of Mayfield Village or in such a manner as to <br />constitute a nuisance, or permitting the grounds <br />or buildings to become unsafe or unsightly; <br />
