M.V. RESOLUTION NO. 91- 41 <br />Page 3 <br />SECTION 4. The Permittee shall have no more than ninety <br />(90) days to comply with any violation of the terms and <br />conditions set forth hereinabove, said ,ninety (90) day period to <br />commence after the Permittee receives written notice from the <br />municipality of such violation. <br />SECTION 5. The Special Use Permit granted herein shall <br />be in force and effect for a period of three (3) years beginning <br />May 6, 1991. <br />SECTION 6. .The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with~all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 7. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, in that it will help insure a compatible operation <br />in a small office building district thereby protecting the value <br />of the neighboring properties.
