E. As the agency so designated by statute, CCDHS will through its child abuse registry fide all reports of child abuse and/or neglect the Central Child Abuse Registry maintained by the Ohio Department of Ht_iman Services. H. Dean Lammers, Associate Director for Family Services is responsible for the submission of reports to the Central Registry. F. The CCDHS is responsible for maE:ing reports of reported cases of child abuse and/or neglect to the laai enforcement agency ofi jurisdiction. See below Section VI. "Cross Referral Procedures." G. The CCDHS will notify in writing the Office of the County Prosecuting Attorney or the appropriate city law director when any mandated reporter of child abuse or neglect fails to report. H. The CCDHS will consult with the county prosecuting attorney or tfie city law director as is deemed necessary to protect children that are brought to its -attention. ~.
