(h) Whether the applicant has ever been convicted of a felony violation or a misdemeanor violation involving moral turpitude including the time and place of such conviction. (i) The proposed dates and times of the solicitations and the routes to be followed in conducting same. (j) The make, model, year, color license plate number of automobiles used by the applicant during the period of solicitation within the Municipality, and the number of the applicants driver's license and state of issuance. SUCH APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FEE OF TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00). ANY PERSON, GROUP OF PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS ACTING ON BEHALF OF A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED BY SECTION 501 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM SUCH APPLICATION FEE. SECTION 2. Section 739.06(b) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended by establishing permitted hours of solicitation at private residences within the Municipality so that the amended Section 739.06(b) is to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like tlrts and new material appears like THIS) 739.06 RESTRICTIONS. Every person to who a registration certificate is issued under the terms of this chapter shall be governed by the following Rules and Regulations: * * * (b) No person subject to the provisions of this chapter shall canvas or solicit, except between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and T:^ -?g P.M. 8:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday. In addition, no person shall canvas or solicit on any legal holiday. SECTION 3.
