ORDINANCE NO. 91-05 <br />Page 2 <br />(g) Whether the applicant has ever been denied a license or <br />permit revoked, including the time and place of such <br />denial or revocation. <br />(h) Whether the applicant has ever been convicted of a <br />felony violation or a misdemeanor violation involving <br />moral turpitude including the time and place of such <br />conviction. <br />(i) The proposed dates and times of the solicitations and <br />the routes to be followed in conducting same. <br />(j) The make, model, year, color license plate number of <br />automobiles used by the applicant during the period of <br />solicitation within the Municipality, and the number of <br />the applicants driver's license and state of issuance. <br />SUCH APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FEE OF TWENTY <br />DOLLARS ($20.00). ANY PERSON, GROUP OF PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS <br />ACTING ON BEHALF OF A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED BY <br />SECTION 501 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM <br />SUCH APPLICATION FEE. <br />SECTION 2. Section 739.06(b) of the Codified Ordinances <br />of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended by establishing <br />permitted hours of solicitation at private residences within the <br />Municipality so that the amended Section 739.06(b) is to read as <br />follows: (Deleted material appears like tlrts and new material <br />appears like THIS) <br />739.06 RESTRICTIONS. <br />Every person to who a registration certificate is issued <br />under the terms of this chapter shall be governed by the <br />following Rules and Regulations: <br />* * * <br />(b) No person subject to the provisions of this <br />chapter shall canvas or solicit, except between <br />the hours of 10:00 A.M. and T:^ <br />-?g P.M. 8:00 P.M. <br />Monday through Saturday. In addition, no person <br />shall canvas or solicit on any legal holiday. <br />SECTION 3. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
