ORDINANCE N0. 91-38 <br />fifteen (15) feet. <br />6. Those lots crossed by an easement are restricted against <br />the planting within said easement of trees, shrubbery or <br />plantings with woody growth characteristics, and against <br />the construction therein of buildings, accessory <br />buildings, fences, walls or any other obstructions to the <br />free flow of storm water and movement/access of <br />maintenance equipment: and, also restricted against <br />changing of the final grade from that described by the <br />approved grading plan. <br />G. MAINTENANCE <br />1. Any portion of the drainage system, including on-site and <br />off-site storage facilities, that is constructed by the <br />developer will be continuously maintained by the owner or <br />owners in title of the affected lands unless it is <br />officially accepted by the Village of Mayfield for <br />maintenance. The property owner shall be responsible for <br />constructing and maintaining all on site detention <br />facilities and shall be responsible for their share of <br />the off site storm water sediment control facilities and <br />appurtenances. <br />2. The need for maintenance can be minimized by designing <br />low maintenance facilities. There are many design <br />options which can result in nearly maintenance-free <br />stormwater control.
