Maintenance schedules. All facilities must be inspected <br />and maintained by the Village periodically throughout the <br />year to insure that the facilities are operational. The, <br />Village Engineer is to turn in a report to the Mayor by <br />January ist of each year. <br />H. URBAN SEDIMENT ABATEMENT RULES <br />The rules of the Village of Mayfield there apply. Where the <br />Village of Mayfield regulations are silent the provisions of <br />the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Soil and <br />Water Conservation "Urban Sediment Abatement Rules" 1501:15-1- <br />01 thru 1501:15-1-07 or latest Edition shall be complied with. <br />I. OHIO DAM SAFETY LAWS <br />The provisions of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources <br />"Ohio Dam Safety Laws" (July 1, 1987) or latest Edition shall <br />also be complied with. <br />19
