ORDINANCE NO. 91-42 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AAT ORDINAPTCE SUBMITTII+TG TO THE ELECTORATE OF MAYFIEI,D VILIAGE, OIiIO, ORDINANCE 1dO. 91-20 TIiAT AMENDS 'dHE PLpiNNING APdD ZONIIdG CODE OF MAYFIELD `iILIoAGE e OIiYO l PROVIDIPYG FOR AL% NECESSARY P1tOCEDURES IN CONNEC'TION THEREkYITH APTD DECLARINfG AAT E1dIE1tGENCY W1E€EREAS, any Ordinance or Resolution amending or repealing the Planning and Zoning Code of Mayfield Village must be approved in compliance with Article IIIa Section 13, of the Charter of Mayfield Village; and WIiEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-20 has been approved in compliance with Article III, Section 13, of the Charter of Mayfield Village; and WHEREAS, such Ordinances must be submitted to the electors at the next General Election to be held in the Municipality more than sixty (60) days after the approval of such Ordinance by Council; and 61IIiEREA3, Article III, Section 14, provides that such election shall be provided for by Ordinance of Council which shall prescribe the manner in which the submission shall be made; and WHEREAS, the Council now wishes to prescribe the manner that Ordinance No. 91-20 will be submitted to the electorate of Mayfield Village; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTIOld 1. Pursuant to Article III, Section 14, of the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, the Village Council certifies to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections the following described and attached Ordinance amending the Planning and Zoning Code of Mayfield Village, said proposed Ordinance to be submitted to the electorate of the Municipality at the General Election to be held on the 5th day of November, 1991. The proposed Ordinance shall be designated by a ballot question number. The proposed Ordinance and the respective ballot question shall be as follows:
