ORDINANCE NO. 91-52 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1173.07(A)(2) PERTAINING TO THE STANDARDS AND DESIGNS FOR PARKING FACILITIES IN THE MOTORIST SERVICE, OFFICE-LABORATORY AND PRODUCTION- DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 1173.07(a)(2) of the Codified Ordinance of Mayfield Village is hereby amended pertaining to the standards in design for parking facilities in a Motor Service, Office Laboratory and Production District so as to reduce the width of such spaces so that new Section 1173.07(A)(2) shall read as follows: Chapter 1173 Motorist Service, Office Laboratory, and Production Distribution District , ? * * 1173.07 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING Off-street parking and off-street loading facilities shall be provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy and maintenance of any use whenever a building is constructed or altered. (a) Standards and Design for Parking Facilities. (2) Location and size. The facilities shall be located on the same lot as the main building or use served. Each parking space shall be not less than 190 square feet, nine and one-half feet by twenty feet, exclusive of drives and turning spaces. In the event that the main building is used by one corporate entity, employing in excess of 1,500 people at such site, then such space shall not be less than 180 square feet, nine feet by twenty feet. Parking fac'ilities shall be provided on the same lot as the main use served in industrial districts. Wherever the application of the standards as required in subparagraph (1)C. hereof, as to "number of employees", results in a - lesser number of parking spaces than required by , the application of tYie standard as to "square feet
