ORDINANCE NOo 91-52 <br />Page 2 <br />of building", the Commission may permit the <br />construction of the lesser number of spaces. <br />However, the additional area required to provide <br />the number of spaces under the "square feet of <br />building" standard shall be reserved and held as <br />open area along with all required yard areas, for <br />future construction of parking spaces until the <br />use of the building is changed to a classification <br />having a greater number of employees in relation <br />to building area. <br />SECTION 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />SECTYON 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this Ordinance were taken in an open meeting of this Council and <br />that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in those formal actions were taken in <br />meetings open to the public in accordance with the law. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the <br />reason to provide orderly development of Motorist Service, <br />Office-Laboratory and Production Distribution District.
