Lodge 57 <br />In Year Amount of Vacation In Year Amount of Vacation <br />1 As Specified in <br /> Section 24.2 14 160 hours <br />2 40 hours 15 168 hours <br />3 80 hours 16 176 hours <br />4 80 hours 17 184 hours <br />5 88 hours 18 192 hours <br />6 96 hours 19 200 hours <br />7 104 hours 20 208 hours <br />8 112 hours 21 216 hours <br />9 120 hours 22 224 hours <br />10 128 hours 23 232 hours <br />11 13 6 hours 24 240 hours <br />12 144 hours 25 or more years 248 hours <br />13 152 hours <br />No more than 248 hours of vacation time for more than twenty-five (25) years of service. <br />The head of each department shall determine the schedule of vacations for the employees <br />thereof. <br />"Year of Employment" as used in this Section pertaining to vacation schedules means years of <br />employment with Mayfield Village only. <br />However, any employee of the Municipality who has been previously employed in a full-time <br />capacity by the State of Ohio or any of its political subdivisions, providing a letter of verification <br />from the prior public employer is submitted within the 1St year of employment with the Village, <br />is entitled to have such prior service counted as years of employment for the purpose of <br />computing vacation time herein and shall be credited as such on January 1st after initial <br />employment with the Village. <br />Section 24.2. An employee hired prior to July 1 in any year shall for the purposes of computing <br />vacation only be considered to be in his second year of employment on January 1st of the year <br />following his year of employment. <br />An employee hired on or after July 1 in any year shall for the purposes of computing vacation <br />only be considered to be in his second year of employment on January 1St of the year following <br />the first anniversary of his employment. <br />An employee hired prior to July 1 in any year shall be entitled to three (3) days of vacation in the <br />year of his employment. <br />22 <br />
