Payment processing and notification <br />The final. step of'r•eimbursement is appr~ovai of• cash request by Ohio EMA fiscal and <br />payment through an electronic funds transfer {EF I).. <br />4., Tracking and Glose-Out <br />Upon completing full reimbursement of'your• allocation or• end of~the pz'ogtam period of'the <br />grant, Ohio EMA will send aclose-out notification to the local jurisdiction advising of the <br />closure of~the sub:grant and the final disposition of~any un-spent funds, <br />3.. Financial Management <br />Local governments receiving federal preparedness funds shall establish and maintain <br />financial management systems in conformity with FY2010 grant guidelines, federal <br />regulations and applicable OMB Circular(s).' <br />XIII. Grant Termination <br />Ohio EMA may suspend or terminate funding under this grant, in whole or in part, or other <br />measures may be imposed.fot any of~.the following reasons: <br />• Failing to comply with the requirements or statutory objectives of federal law <br />• Failing to make satisfactory progress toward the goals or objectives set forth in this <br />application <br />• Failing to follow grant agr•eeinent r•equir•ements or~ the. t•espective grant guidance <br />• Failing to submit r~equit•ed reports • <br />• Filing a false:certification in this application or other report or document... <br />Before suspending or terminating funding, Ohio EMA will provide the Advisory Team <br />reasonable notice of~its intent to impose any measure and will make efforts to resolve the <br />problem informally <br />XIV.
