EA2011-0044 duly adopted on January <br />18, 2011, by the COUNTY approving the FY10 State Homeland Security Program <br />(herei~~after called "FY10 SHSP"); and <br />WHEREAS the purpose of this AGREEMENT. is to coorduiate and identify <br />activities, procurement, and services utilizing grant funds received by the COUNTY as <br />they pertain to the FY10 SHSP; and <br />WHEREAS the FY10 SHSP giant funds were awarded to the COUNTY, for the <br />COUNTY, acid on behalf of the. miuiicipalities and other permissible agencies in <br />Cuyahoga County, and the following documents consisting of Attachment I, and Exhibit <br />A, are incorporated herein as part of thinAGREEMENT: <br />• FY10 SHSP Award and Giiidanee (Attachment I) <br />• Standard Monthly Reporting Forms (Exhibit A) <br />WHEREAS, it ~is necessary that the COUNTY and VILLAGE enter into an <br />AGREE1VIEbiT in order to carry out the coordination and responsibilities of the <br />VILLAGE grant ativards and description of the programs contained in Attaclunent I; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the patties. agree as follows: <br />I.
