ORDINANCE NO. 2009-55 <br />PAGE 2 <br />(b) A plan shall be submitted detailing the proposed truck <br />route through the Village; and <br />(c) A bond shall be posted in an amount to be determined <br />by the Village Engineer in his sole and exclusive <br />discretion, but in no event shall the bond be less than <br />$10,000; and <br />(d) Such permit holder shall at its sole cost and expense, <br />prior to use and after use of the roadway, video its <br />condition with a copv of the video being?provided to the <br />Village Engineer; and <br />(e) Such permit holder shall carry liability insurance <br />protecting the Village in an amount of at least $2 Million <br />combined single limit. The permit holder shall deposit <br />proof of the policv with the Village Engineer. <br />SECTION 2. All other provisions of the Village's Codified Ordinances not <br />inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village of Mayfield. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />SECTION 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohia lt shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the
